Before you upload a video file to the server, make sure it is optimized for the web. Large files will slow the server and provide a less than satisfactory experience for your visitors.
The university has video services for academic use available through CU Online. You may also contact Integrated University Communications to participate in a University channel on youtube.com or viddler.com.
Use the Media Web Part for WMV, MP3, or MP4 files. See the Media Web Part section.
