How do I setup Office 365 Email on a Smartphones or Computer?
To setup Office 365, use this guide:
Mobile Phone Setup Wizard
This wizard will help you with email client setups on mobile devices and computer email clients.
You will need the following email settings:
POP Settings
Server Name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption Method: SSL
IMAP Settings
Server Name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption Method: SSL
SMTP Settings
Server Name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption Method: TLS

What is my email address for Office 365?
Your email address will follow the format: FirstName.LastName@ucdenver.edu. If there is more than one student with the same name, each student will have an identifier added to their email address. For example: John.Smith1@ucdenver.edu, John.Smith2@ucdenver.edu, etc.

Who do I contact for help with my Office 365 email account?
For New Users: All University Accounts must be registered and claimed at https://myaccount.ucdenver.edu, you will receive your University Account username and password after you complete this process.
For Existing Users: If you have not registered or do not remember the answers to your security questions, please call the IT Services Help Desk at (303) 724-4357 for University account/password Assistance, we will need to verify your information on the phone before providing you with password/account assistance. We are available Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

I am a Student & University Employee. How do I login to my email account?
Individuals that are Faculty/Staff/Employees at the University and Students will use the Faculty/Staff Webmail system. You will have one University account and your role as an employee will take precedence over your Student account. After registering your University account, you will log in to Webmail to access email.

Can I continue to use my email account after I graduate?
Yes. Students will continue to be able to use their University of Colorado Denver email account after they graduate. Your Office 365 account will be available to you for life and will never expire.
