Port activations occur as requests come through the Help Desk. The Anschutz Medical Campus is a bit unique as the campus has A and B jacks that can be used for voice or data, they are interchangeable. Some buildings at the Anschutz Medical Campus have all the B jacks active and available. The earlier buildings were not budgeted this way and these jacks A or B need an activation request.
At the Denver Campus, requests for all jack activations need to go through the Help Desk 303-724-4357.
