The Office of Institutional Accreditation, Strategic Planning, and Effectiveness (OIASPE) will coordinate the creation, timing, distribution, and retention of surveys administered to university students, faculty, staff, or alumni. OIASPE will also assist in the development and review of survey instruments. If you are planning to administer a survey, please be sure to read the Survey Administration Guidelines to determine what, if any, coordination is required with OIASPE. If you are planning to conduct a survey, please check the Institutional Survey Schedule to see if there are other surveys being conducted during your planned timeframe. OIASPE can work with you to help resolve any conflicts.
