Mandatory Training for Supervisors of Classified Staff

For those supervisors who need training, you may elect to take the training online or attend an on-site session. The following includes links for online training and a schedule of classes that will be offered on-site.

Classes included: Performance Management, and Discrimination and Harassment.

Performance Management Training

Available online through UCD Access under the CU Resources tab, click on the Training tab, then click on Start SkillSoft. The training takes approximately 1 hour to complete. For technical assistance with SkillSoft please email Janet Lowe or visit Employee and Learning Development website.

The Anschutz Medical Campus

8:30am - 11:30am

Location: Education 2 Facility North (P28) on the 3rd floor, Room 3108 (P28-3108). The room is located on the 3rd floor just off the elevators/stairwell on the south end of the building.

Course Description:

Introduction to the performance management process for classified staff mandated by the Colorado Legislature.

Intended Audience:

All supervisors of classified employees and classified staff.

Upcoming Classes: TBD

Required Enrollment Information: 

Name, work phone, campus box, department, job title and name and phone number of administrator, email address of employee and supervisor.

 

Discrimination and Harassment (Supervisors Only)

Formaly known as Preventing Sexual Harassment.  Available online through UCD Access under the CU Resources tab, click on the Training tab, then click on Start SkillSoft. The training takes approximately 1 hour to complete. For technical assistance with SkillSoft please email Janet Lowe or visit Employee and Learning Development website.

NOTE: the Preventing Sexual Harassment training is a MANDATORY training for all CU Denver Employees.
