Room Scheduling

Technology Support Services


Technology Support Services schedules a number of classrooms, multipurpose meeting rooms, computer teaching labs, small group rooms, lecture halls, auditoria, and conference rooms on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. Every effort will be made to meet your classroom or conference room needs.

In addition, Technology Support Services schedules the use of the Education Quad, Research Quad, Parade Grounds, the Island in front of and the East/West lawns of Bldg. 500, P-28-3100 North Deck and the P28-3300 South Deck. We also maintain a list of additional rooms on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus.

 

 

Reservation requests and queries may be made by using the

Virtual EMS Online Room Management System located at:

https://schedule.ucdenver.edu/

 

To Login to the Virtual EMS system: Navigate to My Account>Log In.
If you have a CU Denver | Anschutz domain account (i.e., PassportID), login using that user name (e.g., DoeJ) and password.
If you do not have a CU Denver | Anschutz domain account, use your EMS account by entering your email address and EMS password. (e.g., John.Smith@uchealth.org).
 
To request an account: If you have a CU Denver | Anschutz domain user account also known as your PassportID, simply login with these credentials and it will take you to the request account web page.
If you do not have a CU Denver | Anschutz domain account, navigate to My Account>>Request an Account. Fill out the necessary information and click the “Save” button.

Plan-a-Meeting (PAM) is a component for Virtual EMS™ that integrates with Microsoft Exchange. With this module, web users can view the availability of both meeting rooms and attendees, and send Microsoft Exchange® meeting invitations - all from within Virtual EMS.

Click on “My Account” and login with your account credentials.  

Then click on “Request Rooms" and select the appropriate option from the drop down menu to submit your request.
